Just a quick note to let everyone know Frankfort will be hosting their Frankfort 5K Bun Run this Saturday July 28th at 8am.  You can sign up the day of the race.

I hope everyone is running smart right now with the temperatures so incredibly high. Please try to run in the early morning or evening and in a shaded area if possible. Drink plenty of fluids and keep hydrated to avoid any heat exhaustion.

Also, an update on the actions of the officers–we are currently drawing up Bylaws after checking with the club Attorney and determining there have never been any officially drawn up.
